To access the Rover Web portal to make changes to your account use the following link, Login with your Email address. Password reset will need to be requested on first use.

Once downloaded into device – open the app, enter your phone number with no spaces or other characters then press fetch.
-Each member has their own pin number for the app and they can press the pin button. The system will send them their pin via text or email.
-Once they receive that text, enter the pin number then press fetch again.
-The next step is to select tones for app for the alarm message and threshold alerts.
-Then, make sure Broadcast location, GPS based time and Stay Awake boxes are checked, then press Save.
-Apple users will have an additional box they can check to use Google maps instead of Apple Maps. If checked, they must install Google maps app for navigation to work.
**If things are not loading correctly in the app, goto settings then press FETCH and SAVE
